Chris studied illustrative photography for four years in Glasgow and was soon involved in producing press and editorial photography for a busy news and feature picture agency. Chris then joined the staff of a new business newspaper, Business AM, in Edinburgh. The work was varied, documenting the country’s news and current affairs, recording major political events, portraying Scotland’s business leaders and producing lively lifestyle features. Since 2002 Chris has been working as a freelance in a wide variety of genres including daily news, national and international sport, the arts, lifestyle features and Chris regularly covers assignments for international press agencies such as The Press Association, Reuters and Getty Images.

Chris has a corporate client list that includes BT, Tesco, Virgin Media, B&Q, The National Lottery, TNT, Mitie, Nestle and Mars Confectionery. Chris has worked with many PR clients including Ptarmigan, Borkowski, Grayling, Weber Shandwick and the British Heart Foundation.
